You can return all items that are unopened, unused and new within 30 days of delivery. This will entitle you to a FULL refund. Where items are not defective, we charge a 20% fee for restocking, which will come out of your refund.
We do not refund shipping costs where items are not defective.
High quality items is our main priority. In the unlikely event of receiving defective items, whether due to poor workmanship or faulty material, we will replace your item at no extra cost to you.
Please get in touch with us before you return anything to let us know what the problem is and how we can help. Shipping costs will be returned where the fault is our own.
Refunds can take 2 weeks and replacements can take 4 weeks from the date of initiation. We want to keep the wait as low as possible. Here is a breakdown of our processing times:
• 6 – 11 working days to receive the returned item
• 1 working days to process the refund through Paypal (if refund is agreed)
• 2 working days to process the item for reshipment
• 9 – 17 working days for the replacement for new delivery
